Mapping keys

I was just playing SM and used the 5 key instead of the 8 key for the up arrow, and I had some UNBELIEVABLE improvements (FC'd LWIV ). I tried downloading http://ae.inc.ru/aekmap.php to be able to make this change for FFR, but no matter where I download it from, I get an error when I try to install. Anyone know how to fix this or know another kind of keyboard mapper?

there was a thread posted in here a while back with a keymapper that I use for ffr... let me see if I can dig it up.
