Try doing finger exercises before you play...sounds dumb, but seriously - before I play a fast song such as 4F73R M3, I'll stretch my fingers out a little and shake my wrist. Seems to help with warming up. I dunno, that's just my 2 cents from experience.

No seriously, he isn't being conceited. 4F73R M3 is 110 BPM. That is nowhere close to being fast, and you can't argue with me on that point, whether you're a newb or not.
Some people might think it's hard...but that's different from being fast (hard slow songs like bag, payon, etc.)Comment

If you were really serious about it, like it was a tournament or something, you can always put warm water in the sink and soak your hands for 2-3 minustes. Other than it feeling good after a lot of typing, it softens the cartilage and ligaments.Comment

If you try the warm water, make sure you used the bathroom beforehand, because if you don't you will be using it afterward.Comment
