1) At the top, there is a link for "User CP". That takes you here:

http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/vbz/usercp.php

When here, click "Edit Avatar".

You can either have it hosted elsewhere and put in the image URL, or choose to upload one from your computer. Mind the restrictions on size.

2) Once the file is uploaded somewhere, all you need to do is: [img]ww.picturesource.co/image01.jpg[/img]
