No it's not glitched, or atleast I am pretty sure it isn't. It is just that this song is impossible to AAA, so therefore it pisses alot of people off.

Besides the fact that it makes no sense and doesn't go with the music. I played it once when it was offbeat 1.5 beats (loaded up wierd) and it made a little more sense.
