    Song BPM?

How can you tell what BPM a song is? I'd like to know what Gradeus is... and some other stuff...

Is there an easy way to tell this?

    Guess to get an idea.

If you really want to know exacts, time how long it takes to do 8 beats or so. A simple proportion will tell you the BPM.

There really isn't really anyway to tell the BPM of a song... just know that FFR runs at C300 speed which basically means a constant BPM speed of 300 BPM.

scroll speed, not bpm speed. FFR doesn't currently support displaying the bpms. I know a couple, I think. minute waltz is 160. revo is like... 148? uber rave is 170/175 maybe? My memory is kind of hazy.

Is there a way to speed up songs like in stepmania?

I find it unlikely some songs have a bizarre numbers for their bpm, especially electronica. It is more likely 165 or 160, and whatever you are using is incorrectly measuring it.

By looking at stepfiles at BMS for the same songs.

All of the ones I mentioned are correct, except MAYBE Get Down. And I'm pretty sure that's correct too.
