There really isn't really anyway to tell the BPM of a song... just know that FFR runs at C300 speed which basically means a constant BPM speed of 300 BPM.
scroll speed, not bpm speed. FFR doesn't currently support displaying the bpms. I know a couple, I think. minute waltz is 160. revo is like... 148? uber rave is 170/175 maybe? My memory is kind of hazy.
CIA Rave is 160, Delirium is 163, Get Down is 164, Uber Rave is 175, Gradeus is 180, Dot Death is 180, Hyper Pressure is 182, Lovely Lovely Lovely is 192, Max Forever is 300...meh that's all I can think of.

I find it unlikely some songs have a bizarre numbers for their bpm, especially electronica. It is more likely 165 or 160, and whatever you are using is incorrectly measuring it.

By looking at stepfiles at BMS for the same songs.
All of the ones I mentioned are correct, except MAYBE Get Down. And I'm pretty sure that's correct too.
