The theme is StepMania: System Zero v.1.0, a FABLED one.... meh. Anyways, just google it. =\

EDIT: Oh, and the "YOU FAIL IT!!" thingy shows after you fail a song. I intentionally failed a song to get that image into my sig.
EDIT: And the background says "Why don't you just get up and dance, man!?". That cracks me up alot.
