How long does it take to load?

I've been sitting at the main screen for like 5 minutes and it won't load. I've looked over the faq but I didn't see anything relative to my issue or I might have skipped over it.

Did this happen to anyone else? Oh and it won't connect me to multiplayer, tha'z what I'm looking for but it won't connect it just sits there.

Maybe a bad connection. If you have a slow connection. Nothing takes that long to load.
