    Please Help...

    Whenever I try to play FFR on this computer (2005 HP)...it works just fine untill lots of arrows come up on the screen and I try to get them all but whenever I press up, down, left, and right closely together...my computer starts beeping (once for everytime I try it) and suddenly the arrows start to not work for a short period of time...causing me to fail the song...

    Does anyone know why this is happening?

    If it will help...here are my (or should I say...my mom's) comp stats...

    HDD: 250 GB
    Memory: 1 GB
    Graphics card: ATI X300
    Tags: None

      Well, if you press a whole bunch of buttons at once (mash), your computer's gonna get mad and beep at you for trying to overload it. Most everyone's computer will do that.

      Solution: don't mash.

      As for the arrows not working for a bit after that, I don't know.

                  Turn off numlock. Most keyboards can't accept more than 2 key presses at once with numlock on or some malarky.

                  You really shouldn't mash though.

                      No song on FFR will require you to press more than two keys at the same time. So...it shouldn't be a problem anyway. But yeah, it's your keyboard.

                          It is, I have this problem with the keyboard on the computer in my familyroom, does the exact same thing you described, so I use a external keyboard most of the time when I play FFR or SM now, one that lets you hit all 4 arrows at once.


                          I remember when a quarter use to cost a nickel.
