Speed Mod Question.

How do you use speed mods on FFR? I go into the options menu and the mods are all faded.

You can't yet, but they'll be in the game later. From what I've heard, they'll be in 3rd style, which is a new version of FFR that isn't released yet. I don't know when 3rd style will be released.
