I'm not going to like anything than the old layout.

And yes I know that they put hours of work into coding it. I just suck at giving my opinions politely a lot of the time.

I can't make everyone happy. But I do know that the atlernative could have very well been some script kidding deleting our entire phpbb database. Give it time and give us time to change the layout / style / skin etc.. This is all very new to us and you would not believe what we have been through in the last 48 hours.

Many people have problems with change, mostly grandmas and grandpas and people who cannot program their vcr.

It has page caching on a few different levels. That should make it much faster which means less load on the DB which means less load on the server which means less downtime which means more people on FFR which means FFR grows which means LD needs to change his pants.
