google firefox and macromedia flash plugins.

in fact just find the plugin page that firefox has and get them all, to save yourself some time later.

      RE: Mozilla Firefox

Firefox is kind of gay with FFR and that happens to me sometimes. I just keep hitting refresh or I just boo myself out of the game and hit play this song again. I guess that's why I've played so many damn games. At least 2000 or 3000 from glitched songs. Hell I bet I have 500 from Party4U alone.

        RE: Mozilla Firefox

There's an extension in Firefox called "open in IE" or something like that. If you find that extension on Firefox's site, its good for this.

It lets you right click on a link and press "Open in IE" and it'll open it in IE.

Thats how I play FFR in IE where the flashplugin is better. I still use firefox.

Sometimes the song starts before it loads and I get either no arrows or super slow arrows. But it's not a big deal, just have to kill myself and hit try again.
Balloon Fever is beautiful and natural.

LD, you're just lucky. I have some minor problems with running FFR at home on FF, and some MAJOR problems with running FFR in FF anywhere else I've tried.

It's not too bad though. I usually just end up playing in IE. IE always works flawlessly.

                RE: Re: RE: Mozilla Firefox

Except IE and FF both mess up on party4u... the first time the bg loads too fast so it's playing early... then the replay button doesn't work, so you have to go all the way around and go back to it before it will work.

I think I know the problem:

Basically, in firefox, instead of starting at 0%, the load bar starts at 100% and then goes to 1. It thinks that 0 is 100. If you have a fast connection, it won't stay there long enough to start up (It'll start loading), but if you have a slower connection, it will start the song without ever having loaded it.

                  solution: IE

                        Maxthon.

IE core + tabbed windows and many other features seen on Firefox.

Maxthon is basically a perfect mix of Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I suggest you try it out.

                            I agree
its not that IE is better

its just that Macromedia needs to spend more time making FF plugin
                            lazy macromedia
