I freestyle all the time. Like...I spin around in my chair when there are pauses. And, just today, I was playing Stepmania and sleeping at the same time....well, it was more sleeping than it was actually playing...but it was still the awesome.

Haha I also kind of do that. I'll like doze off then I'll like wake up a second later. And sometimes my finger are still moving but like in the wrong direction.
