I suspect that i may have carpal tunnel because of this game, whenever i try to play my fingers and wrist hurts, Can anyone tell me the symptoms, and what i should do?

An idea: Slather your fingers with as much Bengay as possible, so much so that people will tear up and their nostrils will explode if you so much a even look at them.

You just signed up 5 days ago and you're not even ranked yet. Even if you played this game very consistently, you would not develop carpal tunnel that quickly. Not to mention that you must playing songs that are fairly easy. Chances are your hands are a little tired from playing this game too damn much, or it may even be completely unrelated. If you hands are bothering you, take a break. It's just common sense.

Don't put your hand in awkward positions when you're playing

Some people have their hands in weird contorted ways when playing and it explains why it hurts
