    Would this work?

You know those jacks that are nearly impossible to hit on FFR? What would happen if you used one finger on the arrow and you had your mouse setup on the arrow that you hit the jacks, would it work? What about holding the arrow down so it rapidly hits?

Holding a key down doesn't work since keyboards have a delay between the key being recognized the first and second times (so you don't get doubled letters when ttyping).

Using the mouse might work, but you'd need to play one-handed to do it unless you have three hands.

Edit: You could also use the numeric keypad instead of the mouse, this way maybe you could get jump jacks like at the end of Synesthetic.

Jacks is short for jackhammers, it's when a song has the same arrow multiple times in rapid succession.
