Oh, Avada4Kedavra: All you need to do is open FFR, click Challenge and type in the user you want to challenge and wager credits (aslong as you have that amount to wager), and click Issue challenge..Play a song and then finish, the challenge gets sent and you get 7 days until the Challenge is garbage, or until the user accepts.
