Why can't I access settings?

Since I am a newbie at FFR, I wanted to go to the settings and slow down the songs except some of the settings I couldn't access.I just wanted to know if I can ever access them or if there staff only settings. Thanks!

Those settings haven't been implimented into the game as of yet. We are still working on developing them, when they get activated, there will be an annoucement on the main page, stay tuned!
