You usually want to use an [ img ] tag and host the file externally. I think, at least.

On the other forums I use, you have to have the picture on the internet, then put [ IMG ]http://www.thesitewithyousigpiconit.jpg[/IMG]...but thats the other foums i use...mabey it works for these..I dont know
