When ever I play FFR, the arrows go up but then randomly sometimes stop for a second and thats why I get loads of misses, its that suppose to happen?....or is it not?

Without a doubt, it is something running in the background that is causing the problem. The hard part is finding out what is creating the load spikes on your PC.

once when i was playing Holy Night (first FFR) the arrows slowed down when the song was playing, and I could get every one easily. It was pretty cool but I dont know how it happened.

it's called purposely lagging your own computer. My FFR only lags in multiplayer (but i'm on 10mbit) =(
