Yep, one handed all the way... messed with the two-handed four finger thing for a bit but it seems to take the sport out of it. (also too lazy to spend time on getting my left hand up to speed)
I'm working on getting my thumb into play on the down key so that I'll be able to hit those faster runs better. I can do the very challenging ones without much difficulty but can't max em' or anything. Everything else I own...
I play one handed. I find it alot easier for me, than using 2 fingers from both hands. I am just not co-ordinated that way. I also use my right hand, and I have an natural advantage with this hand. This is my fretting hand for the guitar. Guitar has greatly increased my right hands finger dexterity, and lets me play FFR one handed with my right hand easier than my left hand. Yes, I am left handed for those of you who have already figured it out.
To be quite honest, my first 2 years of FFRing and stepmaniaing, i didn't know it was possible to play two handed. How can people do that, theres not enough space on the arrow keys. And numlock is too cool to be turned off.
im not too surprised actually. most people i meet say they first started playing one handed. im sure a lot of these people will change styles eventually.
