BIG PROBLEM!

umm i have a problem..... sometimes when i first get on FFR the chat doesnt load, it like goes to the screen and all of that but it like doesnt have the peoples names, my cam or the chat thing on WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG!?!?!?!?
