Does anyone know how many there are and how exactly they are unlocked? I've gotten 11 so far, up to synesthetic ffr edit but I haven't gotten any new ones in a long time so I was wondering if there are any more.

nope, synthetic's the last one for now I've got about 4,500 credits and I havn't gotten any more so my guess is that's thge last one that''s put in for now.
Am I the only one that still wants the ffr simfiles back?

If you have 500 credits you can see them all. If you spend your credits and buy a new song you won't see them again until you get more credits. Basically:
50 credits = new secret song; up to 500 credits as of the moment.
