Yes, that's precisely it Boflex.

There's 150,000 ranked people. If you're not in the top 150,000, you're marked as "1". Simple as that. Ranks are supposed to update every so often, but the updater is broken. Don't worry about it.

By the way, the true #1 is a hacker. We all know who it is and it's not a problem.
