God, it took me a damned hour to get the video to work, but it was totally worth it.

Tried getting it on the laptop (main computers internet is down), finally download it, and I don't have divx. So I download divx, which takes forever, go to setup, and it says I have the wrong setup, so I have to download another one, which takes forever, and finally run it. I open up the file in divx, and it crashes. 4 times. I try and send it downstairs, and realize that 1. Filesharing isn't enabled downstairs, and 2. I don't have sound downstairs. But I have no way to get it to the main computer from the laptop, so I go downstairs and try to enable filesharing. I try about 4 different things, which led to digging through piles of crap to find the win98 cd, and restarting about 3 times in total (and restarting takes FORFUCKINGEVER on that computer). so I finally figure it's not gonna work, and remember that downstairs DOES have internet. so I redownload the zip file, and burn it to a cd, and got it upstairs, and FINALLY watched it. jesus.

    it was awesome, though.

I know it's hard to read, but at the bottom it says. "these settings will only take effect in modes where no credits or highscores are recorded.

I think scores on higher judge setting should be recorded. Having a score which compares to the best scores with J6 would mean that you're really good and stuff. J1 scores should definitely not be recorded though.

Incredible. This looks as good as SM, and to consider it's flash.. unbelievable. The only suggestion I could make would be to save a cookie when you enter in the beginning options, so you don't have to reenter them every time. (If that isn't already the case)

                EDIT:

IDEA! - Put the game to 4/4 and keep it that way, this way it's fair for everyone and there's no bs calling on 1/1 and so forth.

DDR & Stepmania were obviously the motivation here. For those of you who remember some of the first FFR beta's and how it expanded, the same will happen with R2. R2 is first and foremost a DDR simulator (unlike FFR) but that does not limit it's future expansion. I wish I could share the future feature list with you guys but I cannot.

                  Cheers,

You know what would have made that video even better? The Fat's Sabobah. Ha.

Looks freaking intense beyond all belief.

Why did the video never get to Waka Laka?
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

Btw.. Nima.. Read the print at the bottom of the the game screen in Options. When you change settings like judge, it invalidates your scores for the database.

                          Cheers,

                            Oh.

Will we still need permission from artists to make R2 stepfiles?

As always Kilga, yes. I do it out of respect for the artists that pour their heart into their music. There are some interesting features though that relate to this that I will announce in the near future.

                              Cheers,
