well to make one you can either use PAINT or ADOBE PHOTOSHOP or any kind of program like that to make one...

but if you want one off your computer or something to have as your avatar....go to your profile and select it from there

at the top of the front page of the forum
Profile>Upload Avatar from your computer, pick the file that you saved the pictur from Google Images and there you go.
