    i need help

    When i try to load FFR it gives me an error for playlist, user data, and language data. Site data keeps loading. And noteskin data completes.
    I'm using windows 7 home, i don't know if thats why but, PLEASE HELP!!

    Generally, loaded noteskin data & pending site data means it's having problems reaching the site & associated errors to site DB info.

    noteskin data is local so it will always load unless there's an issue with the installation

    open up a Windows command prompt (cmd.exe in run) and type:

    ping www.flashflashrevolution.com -t
    This is equivalent to sending a page load to FFR every couple of seconds (Pressing F5 to refresh the page, for example). It should show a constant stream of replies like:


    If you're getting a couple lines here & there where it was unable to receive a response/reply, then you're on an unstable internet connection. Nothing much can be done about it except maybe restarting internet on your end.

    Outside of that, other commonly suggested fixes is it could also be specifically something blocking your connection, a firewall, an antivirus prohibiting reaching certain parts of the website, or an internet block (like a school connection).

    Another suggested fix is clearing cache & cookies related to flashflashrevolution.com on ALL internet browsers, not just the one you commonly use. It includes internet explorer/microsoft edge, whichever the Operating System came pre-installed with.

        i tried this and it did not work i disabled my firewall, i did the cmd thing and it did not say unable to receive a response. and i tried to clear my cache & cookies on all the web browser i had, i have chrome and firefox and internet explorer. but thanks for the help!

          Appreciate ya getting back on this. This issue has been eluding other players as well but has been quite rare & not reproducible on other systems.

          Try downloading this and using it. It's a version of 1.3.1 that has error logging from the FFR Official Discord. Extract to a new folder and launch the game, like any new version.

          It should make a 'logs' folder with a text file in it, where you unzipped/installed the game.

          If it's still giving issue with loading the game on that version, it will say what the error/problem is, in that text file. Suggest getting in touch with a Game Developer either through the FFR Official Discord, or Direct Message them on FFR here with that log information, although directly through Discord would be faster.

              Heya, when trying in this version was a log folder created in the folder path where you launched the game from? There should be a log folder and file there that gold stinger mentioned. This log file may be able to help the development team determine what the issue is and work to resolve it - pass that on to one of the devs if it's there!
