FFR isn't dead, it's still here. It's just that the browser versions of the game no longer work on major browsers anymore. Currently, the only way to play FFR is to download and use the Adobe AIR edition, which could be found here: https://www.flashflashrevolution.com/download/

Hopefully one day we could move away from Adobe AIR entirely and code the game in something native like C++ or Rust, but that would take quite a while. Stay tuned, everyone!

Nah, it would be down very soon. No one pulled any stunts, Flash's death has been planned years ago and would occur very soon. Give it some time.

I think that's a bit unfair to say. Perhaps Flash still works on their side (even though it doesn't work on any of the browsers I use anymore), so maybe they were just expressing their confusion. And they aren't even saying that FFR is dead anymore, so there's that.
