I can't play FFR,WHY?

Whenever I click FFR the game,I always see a black screen.Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

if you're using IE, click on the tools menu and select internet options. Make sure you're on the general tab, then click the "delete files" button...

I cleared my cache but not the offline items.It got me somewhere at least I don't see a black screen anymore,but it's stuck loading.

now goto http://www.macromedia.com and find a link for the flash 6 player. install that, clear your cache AGAIN and try AGAIN
