Went and got the one Etienne uses which is the Magicforce 86

Decided to switch to gateron switches and I'm super glad I'm did. This replaced my daskeyboard that was the first and only mech I'd used until this point. Etienne was right about gateron lol.

Also its only like 60 dollars

Logitech G series something or another. Have had it for quite a bit now and no issues with keys breaking just yet. I dont like it as much as the K120 but it does the job.

I also have a G413 Carbon but i dont really think its ffrable since it misses on faster 2-3 note jacks literally every try. Its smooth on everything else, just not jacks haha

I just use a laptop lol. So a chiclet keyboard. Sometimes i'll play on my actual computer which is a keyboard with silver switches.

Currently a Corsair Strafe (cherry red switches). Thinking of buying a tenkeyless keyboard with gateron browns, though.

So I did end up going this route. Grabbed the Massdrop CTRL keyboard and a set of Gateron Brown switches. Have had it for about 4 months now.

Personally haven't seen any of the double tapping issues that others have reported with this keyboard (aside from normal mech kb double tapping). Don't play anything with more than 4 keys, but n-key rollover is a huge plus. Probably going to get rid of the o-rings I have in there and/or replace the keycaps because it feels a bit squishy, but haven't gotten around to that yet.

The board also has hotswappable switches, so if I ever want to switch to any other Cherry clone then I can easily do that. Don't really see any reason to replace the board itself for many, many years.

5/12/2020 edit: Will likely clip and lube stabs as the twanging sound is starting to get to me and sometimes a key gets stuck/I have to push down far too hard in order for it to actuate (primarily the enter key and space key).

Logitech K470. I love the feeling of the laptop style keys.

I also gave the Magicforce86 a try. It just wasn't for me.

ngl I don't know what exact keyboard I have, but it doesn't have a numpad and it has Magicforce on it. I really only got it because I wanted a different keyboard than what I had been already using, which I have forgotten the name of. It seems to have been working really well so far, and I'm pretty happy with it.

Yeah I think it's like- Magicforse Qisan 68 or somethin like that; was cheap on Amazon so I was like "eh why not it's mechanical"

Does anyone else experience pretty bad keyboard chatter issues with mechanical keyboards? I randomly boo alot with them. This never happened to me on membrane keyboards.

With me it was the other way around. I've never had random keytaps happen on a mechanical keyboard, but many many times with membrane. The extent of what I've been experiencing lately is just delayed and/or dropped keytaps entirely.
