Stepmania Offset to FFR Offset

Does anybody know the conversion from Stepmania 5's audio sync offset to an offset for FFR? I'm having trouble syncing FFR because my audio offset is pretty large, I use a .052 offset for Stepmania.

I'm not quite sure, but I have to adjust regular and judge offsets
