I am aware of that I know an old fart but no worries, over time i will get better only been playing for about 3 weeks and I have gotten this far

After three weeks you should be able to get a decent score on blue army.

Well thank you I will be sure to get involved as well with the community here in the forums.

Are there any songs that would be wise to play to get better faster, learn note patterns, and what not? Right now I am in the 60's mainly playing them so keep that in mind if you do have something to offer.

Which is not even close to yet.
Just keep doing what you're doing. Skill will come naturally and gradually as long as you're not playing songs that are too easy for you.

I'm just saying broseph you're past your prime before it even began. the optimal time to pick up this game seems to be around 10-15 and you're what? 27? yeah bro it's gonna take some years for you to build the muscle memory before you can call yourself a "top contender".

I'm 27 and just started playing about 7-8 months ago lmao... made it to d5 with zero experience in rhythm games but yeah i hear ya dude.... wish i woulda started when i was 10-15 yo.
If you have naturally fast eyes/brain/reflexes it shouldn't take too long to get ranked under 1000 at least. Getting to d6/7 is a whole other story... that will probably take some time unless you have experience from other rhythm games. glhv

Oh I have to admit for your age bracket that's quite the effort to come so far in such a short time, honestly wow. Must've taken some serious dedication.
I started when I was 16 so I missed out on primetime but I still dedicated years to this game to get to my peak. You're the real mvp though, probably better than me at this current point in time. keep going hard man! Never give up.
