What are FFR note files? Are they .sm? Can I convert them to .sm? If anyone knows please tell me.

FFR levels are .swf (Flash files) that were originally converted from a combination of .sm and .mp3 (or .ogg) files.

If you were trying to ask how to submit content to the game, see the Rules/Submission Guidelines thread. Also check that FFR has permission to use the songs you submit by looking in the Permissions List and Information v8 thread.

Otherwise, what YoshL said applies -- FFR levels are not available for download. In the submission guidelines I linked in the above paragraph, .sm files are submitted for songs.
