On 4F43R M3 or whatever, the end is just too hard! I FC it up to note 836, then all of a sudden there are like 16th notes and 32nd notes all crammed together, if it werent for this annoying ending, I would be able to FC it

actually they arent all that hard. They go with the music and they are synced, so they work. sorta, I guess.

i had the same problem for awhile, full combo to that point and then break it, but then i found something that worked. when you see the 16th jumps come, watch the top of the screen and use sheer hand/eye coordination to hit them. while your doing this, do NOT look down at the other arrows, but focus only on the very next arrow that's coming. using this method i FC'd the song, maybe it will work for you...
