Programs to make stepfiles for Stepmania?

Hey guys, I used to use this program to make stepfiles which was (in my opinion) A LOT better than the built-in stepfile maker.

The program (if you know it) has like a pencil icon if you know it.

^If you know that program I would LOVE the name^

But besides the Stepmania built-in editor, whats another great stepfile maker?

I think in today's stepping metagame the optimal way is to press record and step them in real time.

Make sure you use jcore beats for song, and have anime background and such to appeal to osu fan base, an Osumania release is where the big money at nowadays

Edit: don't worry to much about sync either, in flash flash there's something called frame fixer, I'm pretty sure it's a program that syncs ur song to music so no worries
