For UltraPlayers falls under the CosMo Blanket Permission in the Artist Blanket Permission v8 Thread, although I'll ask noname219 for some clarification since there seems to be a gotcha about it.

Edit: As a side note I'm aware For UltraPlayers is a song that also appears on Sound Voltex. However, what needs to be clarified is if For UltraPlayers appeared on HP, and if it doesn't then we have an issue.
