Submission help?

I'm new to the tournament thing going on around FFR. I was submitted into the newest one but dropped because I didn't submit my Round 1 score.

I didn't submit because I don't know how to do so. I have my submission sitting on my Desktop right now but I've only gotten as far as that. The "submit image" tool thing is no help to me because it tells me to put a link to the image. There's no link to a cropped image of a score screen sitting on your desktop.

Someone please give me some help on how to put images into posts for tournament submission! I'm excited to get into the tournament game but I can't, not yet, without this information...

To get a link to the image you need to upload it to something like imgur, or photobucket (there are others as well, these are two off the top of my head).

If you're ever confused about something in a tournament your best bet is to message the tournament host (usually the person who made the first post) or post in the tournament thread.
