Sometimes I daydream about the screen where I AAA the song I'm playing and magically I get a hidden skill token that nobody else has. Too bad those dreams are only for people that suck (like me).
Like, if you put a bunch of songs of the same difficulty (somewhere around your typical level -- neither challenging or boring) in the queue manager and run it, then after 10-15 minutes you start having vivid daydreams and zoning out. It's like hypnotism I swear.
I always day dream. I got most of my best scores like that. If I focus more I'm more likely to get inside my own head and start saying something like "Don't miss."

More than daydreaming, it's some sort of trance state I get into and it is quite annoying. If a song lasts more than 2 minutes, there is one point that I can see the arrows, but i'm not fully aware of them. It's like unwillingly entering into auto-pilot mode.
I try to concentrate as much as I can when I'm playing a song (even if the song is easy). In my opinion, it's good to start developing good habits on easier songs so that it won't hinder you when you're playing harder material.
