Wondering if anyone thinks coffee, tea or cocoa enhances skillboosting. I ordered some L-Theanine and supposedly Theanine is an amino acid found in Green Tea like 10mg per cup. I read some medical studies on google scholar that show 100mg Theanine+Caffeine improve "hit rate accuracy", whatever that means!
"We found an increase in hit rate and target discriminability (d′) for the combined treatment relative to placebo, and an increase in d′ but not hit rate for caffeine alone, whereas no effects were detected for L-theanine alone."

Unfortunately I don't think they were playing FFR in that study
I also heard that consuming cocoa makes you win nobel prizes.
So what do you think of tea/chocolate for skillboosting? Is it legitimate?
What is your experience with caffeine and FFR?
P.s., I made some brownies this morning and skillboosted.
