[MWT] Mobile Window Test *Title Pending*

For the last few days, I've been working on a simplified version of the site for quick and easy access to the latest news, recent forum post, profiles, and game stats. It's been designed around working on any device and screen size without many problems, though some will appear. Due to it using some of the newer HTML5 & CSS3 features, some things may not display correctly on older devices.
Home:
Home contains the last 10 post along with the ability to browse older post through the page selector. Clicking on a post title will also open the post to view the comments. (Comments currently not finished)
Forum:
The Forum tab displays the latest 30 post on the forums, similar to the current sidebar on the main home page. While most of the forum bbcode is supported, some items such as replays don't appear. The forum is also generous when it comes to reading bbcode, so some small issues may occure while looking at post that include bbcode.
Profile:
A small and simple profile design that is currently missing most of the normal stuff normally found on profiles and is very much not finished by any means.
Stats:
Stats (Filtered):
Stats is much upgraded version of the current level ranks, providing filtering based on what you want to show or hide.
By Genre:
Breaks down the current filtered songs into simple progress bars based on AAA, FC, Played, and Unplayed status. Grouped by Genre.
By Difficulty:
Breaks down the current filtered songs into simple progress bars based on AAA, FC, Played, and Unplayed status. Grouped by Difficulty.
Forum Breakdown:
Provides a simple fixed display method for those wishing to share their level ranks on the forums, or to keep track for themselves.
I would like to thank qqwref who provided the level ranks script long ago, and rushy who provided the forum breakdown format.
