Profile Chat will not connect

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who is experiencing this or even if I had gotten chat banned for some reason but it's not working.

I have so far tried everything I could for chat options, like using smaller profile, bigger profile, and even the .swf and still keeps saying "Connection Failed"

Mind giving me or anyone else with this same issue a hand with this? It would be much appreciated.

I will need to go home at upload an updated version of the client, so no profile chat until later. Sorry guys.
