Stepfile Programs

Hey guys, I know this thread has probably already been made - but I was just wondering what programs you use to create stepfiles?

I remember having a program downloaded awhile ago that was easy to use - but my past laptop died and I can't remember the name of it.

It wasn't Stepmania or DDream.
