Hand Error

So kinda trying to play again and my new computer isn't registering hands. Didn't have this issue any other time I played, so any help would be appreciated.

Try different key setups, sometimes using a certain set of keys will not let you register more than 2 taps at once.

try out different key combinations and see which ones allow you to hit 3 or 4 keys at once.

try using 2 keys from letters (A-Z) and 2 keys from the side (numpad, insert, pgup, etc)
