pa spread %hits/%notes

can somebody explain to me what is the difference on the level ranks list between pa spread % of hits and pa spread % of notes?
PA Spread (% of hits): 96.61% - 1.84% - 0.37% - 0.09% - 1.09%
PA Spread (% of notes): 96.53% - 1.84% - 0.37% - 0.09% - 1.09%
also, why is it only the perfects seem to differ at all?

% of notes is the total of all songs on FFR.

% of hits is the total of all played songs on FFR.

Yours doesn't differ much because you've played just about every song on FFR, and an extra average here and there on a song that you do play frequently isn't going to make much of a difference in all the notes on FFR.
