There are plenty of good Stepmania styled apps for Android and iPhone, some even support .sm simfiles.

For a second there I thought you meant a graphics tablet. Could be kind of neat.
But yeah, you don't have to go far to come across some nice alternative apps that do the job. Don't know why you would feel the need of playing FFR on a phone anyway, the game would be unplayable without getting a massive overhaul.Comment

For android, in the play store you can get "beats, advanced rhythm game". It reads and allows you to play both stepmania files (.sm) and osu files (I forget the file extension). I don't play seriously though, I just occasionally play for shits and giggles when I need time to kill.AMA: http://ask.fm/benguino
