Raw scoring

I'm just curious, does anyone know why we still go off the legacy total scoring instead of the raw scoring that shows difference in skill much better? I mean, even for the official now it's raw score.. so why not have all songs just record it like that?

I mean, a quick fix at the very least for the people who don't play anymore is have their old total scores converted to raw (no idea how hard that is to actually do)

At the very least it seems like a good idea to switch over for new songs at least until a fix is found for old scores (or if there is none, I'm sure there are some mathematicians that can convert total to raw)

I agree (but primarily because it'd massively boost my stats I think, haha!). Combo scoring is an abomination, though, I can understand why it has been made so. It probably never really will get converted though.
