Nope. you can submit for anything for the whole tourney. If i see that there are people who are trying to catch up or w/e i'll slow the pace, its just that I see that most people that are going to submit already submitted... so yeah.

I am flexible.

Funmonkey, why should they be rainbow? There should be a logic to it. Wouldn't the irregular notes be better rainbow because they're irregular? What makes 3rd notes so special that they should be rainbow?
