Before going any further, this is for Xbox 360.

Introduction

Okay well, recently I re-bought Call of Duty 4. I used to have it when it first came out, quickly got to 10th prestige and then I broke the disk on purpose because I played it way to much. (Yes, I realize I should've sold it) But I've recently bought it back and I've decided to create a Call of Duty 4 team for FFR. Yes, I realize that Modern Warfare 2 is about to come out (November 10th, 2009) so when that comes out I suppose we'll be apart of both or whatever. Pretty much I'm hoping this team works out and doesn't just die. I decided to give it a shot, but if I feel that it's not working out, then I'll just have this deleted or something. <3 IM or PM me if you have any issues with anything. (br00k5r0b1n50n)

Currently, we're just going to play with each other. No tournaments, gamebattles, etc. But that's just until we get enough players to start that stuff. It doesn't matter what we play, Hardcore, Core, Search and Destroy, Deathmatch, whatever is good as of right now. Pretty much just getting the team together is the goal currently.

- No, you don't have to add everyone on this team. It's just a play with whoever type thing right now. Soon you might need to add certain players, such as myself.

The penalties for breaking rules in all honesty probably won't be harsh at all, if there would even be any, but if it does get out of hand I'll have to take people off of this team.

Team Positions

Right now, we're not going to worry about team positions. I mean, this is just a for fun team, but in case this team ever gets bigger than I expect it to get, we might as well have them. So for now, two positions. Leader & Co-Leader. I might make another position sometime soon, we'll see. We'll also need leaders, co-leaders, etc in case I'm not around or something because I do have a bit going on with School, Sports, weekends I'm usually not around, so hopefully these people will take over while I'm gone. Yes, they have pretty much all the power that I do.

Teams 1 and 2

Alright, before I get into this, this is how it works. Team 1 will be a Gamebattles team. These are the top players of the team. It will consist of as many players as possible, but only the top players that I feel will be able to compete on Gamebattles. It's not supposed to be taken offensively if you aren't on Team 1. Team 2 will just be a team of all the players that can tryout for Team 1. It's pretty simple. So here are the teams so far. There are going to be leaders for each team (Maybe multiple leaders, so if there already is one, don't think that you can't be one). I am the overall leader of both teams, so if I decide to switch teams, don't worry, you can still become one. For tryouts, PM me. I will set you up with a tryout with either me or something from Team 1.

Damn! I've got a 1.01 K/D I've been doing terrible because I haven't had the game since it first came out and everyone is monsterous now But I'm still pretty good. That's an insane K/D though. O.o

I wouldn't mind doing this since COD4 is what I mostly play on the 360 now.

I said that we're going to slowly convert over to MW2, but not everyone is going to have it as soon as it comes out. People will stay play Call of Duty 4, so for now, it's Call of Duty 4.

I would be in, but CoD4 got so damn repetitive after getting to 3rd prestige. I don't really have any desire to play it anymore because it's just...the same.

I'm going to add this to the OP. This post that is. I'm going to post all class recommendations. What perks to use with what guns/attachments. I suppose attachments are just what you feel suits you best.

So lets start off with some. If you have any others, just post them and I'll add them to this post.

Vanilla's recommendations:
Use bomb squad for everything. No matter what gun it is, it's useful for everything. I suppose Sniping you could use Claymores seeing how a lot of people just camp with a Sniper. Bomb Squad ESPECIALLY for Search and Destroy. It will save your life SO many times, trust me. Also, I use Steady Aim for everything except Sniper. So I'm going to put a sniper class & everything else will just be perk 2. Perk 1 & 3 will be Bomb Squad/Steady Aim.

Gun: M40 (Sniper) - ACOG if possible
Perk 1: Bomb Squad (That's just what I use, Claymores would definitely work as well)
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Deep Impact or Extreme Conditioning (Doesn't really matter, Deep Impact would probably be the better choice to be honest) Or Iron Lungs if you don't use ACOG. Dreddshott recommends just using Deep Impact.

Gun: AK74u (SMG) - No attachment (Silencer would also work, I definitely do not suggest the red dot site or ACOG scope though)
Perk 2: Stopping Power

Gun: M1014 (Shotgun) - Grip
Perk 1: Grip/Bomb Squad
Perk 2: Juggernaut (You'll get so much sh** for this, but it's pointless to use anything else, really)

Gun: AK47 (Assault) - Silencer would be the only thing that really works well on this gun
Perk 2: Double Tap

Gun: Skorpion (SMG) - Red Dot Sight, probably.
Perk 1: Bomb Squad (Since you'll be running around a lot usually with this) or Bandolier (Due to the insanely small clip)
Perk 2: Stopping Power (Definitely, due to the insanely small clip, once again)

Gun: P90 (SMG) - Red Dot Sight. This is a hardcore class that I'm suggesting for this one
Perk 2: Double Tap (Decent size clip, insane speed, red dot helps aim)

I'm not great with LMG's, so I don't know what to suggest for that, those are just a few guns that I use. Of course I could give suggestions on every gun, but I suggest using those guns in particular/perks. A lot of people will tell you different, guaranteed because of the amount of people that play, but some perks just don't work with some guns.

MP5 = Bloc, the train one, Backlot

AK47 = Everything else
AK4u = Ground Wars

As for the M40 just stick with Deep Impact. I find Iron Lungs to be a waste.

If you're still fairly noob, try out the classes I told you and use each one on maps that suit it.

Sniper = Crossfire
AK47 = Everything else
AK4u = Ground Wars

Don't use scope unless shooting from afar on everything but the sniper, AK47, and the AK4u you should just use both at any time, it's a well balanced gun.
