You should be in advanced then. Inter- is 6s through 8s, from what I've been told.

trust me guru is the people who can aaa fmos easily and sdg fgos- masters are the ones with a few fmo aaa and some decent pa on fgos- advanced are the ones who can aaa vcs fairly easily, very good pa on fmos and decent scores on fgos- inter are the ones who can aaa chalenging (mind you i have none of those) and get decent pa on vcs and ok scores on fmos- novice is basically everyone else- a high novice being ones who can aaa the 6-8s

The ranges do need to be fixed though. I suggest

Novice be from difficulty 4 to 6.
Intermediate be from difficulty 6 to 10
Advanced be from difficulty 8 to 11 (Low)
Master be from difficulty 9 to 11 (High)
Guru be from difficulty 10 to 12

thats more tournament quota- its different when on a team cause they take your best- in a tournament you usually sart off easier than as the tourney progresses you start getting challenged
