Welcome to the new face of clans, FireKai Original. FKO is a team created by MetalAtlas and Krunkykai22 in hopes of uniting people across the face of FFR. We strive each and every day to improve ourselves and competitors and as individuals, be it in competing in a tournament or trying to improve aspects of our social lives that we may need work on. You may think you know FKO, but what you know is in the past. It was an ugly and rough FKO. From now it, it will be a polished, well oil machine that will forever have a place in the history of FFR. You are going to see a lot of changes around FKO and the first and most noticeable place you will see these changes are in the ranking system. The old ranking system was confusing and had way too messy. One of our goals is to promote inter team rivalries and create more unique challenges for those of you that have joined FKO and you will notice a fair bit more in the way of activities held exclusively for our members. I will now explain our new system and if you have any questions, please direct them to either MetalAtlas, Krunkykai22, or Gun92.
Leaders
Leaders are self explanatory, they are the two founders who have created this team and hold everything together. Their position will never change nor will anyone ever be higher then them. Those two are MetalAtlas and Krunkykai22 for those of you that may be new.

Adviser
The Adviser is the one who is just below the Leaders and is appointed by both leaders. The Adviser is Gun92. If both leaders are not available, he is who all major decisions or problems go to for a resolution. The spot may only be filled if The Adviser steps down or the Leaders decided they have not done their job well and vote him down. Upon that time, people who have held Squad Leader positions or have been around for a specific time to be deemed, my apply of the position.

In order to reach this position, you must apply to it and in the interest of making things fair, everyone can apply for this position. To start since FKO is still growing and is small, there will only be two (2) Squad Leader positions available. As the Clan grows, so will the number of Squads and thus more Squad Leaders. Squad Leaders have to show knowledge of the game, the ability to handle conflicts in a mature manor, and be committed to the growth of the team. As events happen, you will be in charge of making sure your squad is ready to compete, who to have compete and other such activities that would require a decision. Fill out the application just as I have provided for you here and the three of us will review all applications and post our results once a decision is made. For the last two, please do not give us one or two sentences, unless your new and haven't had a chance to do much for the Clan. A decent size paragraph will do. If you receive the position, then you will be informed by one of us and you can begin your new job, if you don't, please do not be discouraged and try again when a new position is available. This is a very important thing that you should know ahead of time. If you are MIA for a week, you will be removed of your spot and remain MIA until you message one of us. If you are going to be gone for an extended amount of time, let either your Squad Leader, or anyone with a higher ranking know and they will mark you down for the time missed so you do not get marked down as MIA.
Any other questions, feel free to ask and we will do our best to answer them as quickly as possible. You have been separated into squads, but what we have is a rough draft and is still being worked on to ensure balance. Everyone has been placed, including the Leaders and Adviser since we all love to play the game around here. You will be receiving a PM from Halogen sometime within the next day, please reply to this thread stating that you are still interested. You will have one week to reply or you will be placed under MIA. Once this week is over, there will be one final tune up of the squads and then we will open up applications for the Squad Leader position for ONE WEEK. Stay tuned for any and all updates to this post and check back often for new events and chances to earn those promotions and chances to move up in the world.

Everyone that is signed up as of this moment will have (OM) next to their name, that stands for original member. For those of you that are new and going to join, you will have your the date you joined next to your name which may come into play when it comes to applying for certain positions in the future.
Ranking System in FKO:
Here in FKO we strive for perfection. We want people to shoot for the best they possibly can be. We have designed two different ranking systems (Leaders & Members) in which you can progress only as fast as you participate for the team. The more ideas and activity you perform for the team will amount to a possible promotion.
