Gerund = -ing ending to any word that makes it an action.

dedicate = root
dedicating = gerund form. xD

Yes, that was the word I was referring to. When I read it, it just didn't make sense to me, but then again, English and grammar really aren't my strongest subject, ha ha.

Just curious, if you know that English and grammar aren't your strongest subject, then why did you try to correct someone on it? For all you could tell, it was your assumption that it was wonky that was wrong.

Because when I read it, it made no sense to me. But after Halo explained it and I re-read it the way it was meant to, it made more sense. I'd like to think it would make sense with an -ed as well as an -ing. I also never claimed that what he wrote was wrong, I said it made the sentence sound all wonky.

Ok everyone listen. I'm going to do a review over all the team leaders. I'm actually going to tell you here pretty much what I've thought about and think as of now.

Team Leaders:

Gun: From the last time we had our convo man, I haven't seen you post in here with some sort of idea or anything. You told me about a tournament you wanted to run but it being solo. Therefore that has nothing to really do with the team.
Sapphire: Probably the most underrated team leader we have right here. Simply because no one acknowledges exactly what you do on this team. You have done everything i have asked you to do and have pretty much taken over 50% of the undisputed tourney for me. I have nothing bad to say about you.
Halogen: Halogen = Halogen. You have made banners for our tournaments, and have helped everyone of us out in some way. Inspirational.
Cedolad: Hasnt been inactive, but really needs to start posting in here
Midnight: Inactive.
KotHN: Nothing to really say about you bud. Your A OK in my book
GG_Guru: We have already spoken lol.

Here is my ranking system of who is in charge. If your name is under someones, then the person above you has power over you. This list is also just of the leaders of FKO i have chosen imo to keep.

1. Halogen/Sapphirion
2. GG_Guru/KotHN
3. Gun92/Cedolad

That is how the ranking system works for now. I have chosen this based off of what everyone has done since the team has been started. GG guru has been placed so high because we have discussed things for the team way before he even entered the team. He came to me with advice, topics, and other things more than anyone at that time. He also will be competing in every FKO event from now on and has promised to be a great FKO rep.

To everyone else, this is just how i see things fitting for the time being. KotHN if you were a team leader you would be up there with halogen and sapphirion but for now I need someone like you who is intelligent enough just to focus on our masters division. I hope you dont mind.

You've always been cool in my book. And you haven't really had a chance to show all what you can do for the team yet, unlike Gun who's been a leader longer than I have been.

I've been doing things longer then you have been around. Krunky also knows that I'm dealing with a very pressing matter in the fact that my grandfather is dying and I've been taking care of him and my grandmother, so if you want to get into a hissy fit, do it else where, I don't have time to deal with people like you.
