Well, I had major skill improvement today with trills i suppose. As well as some other things. Heres some recent scores from yesterday and today. Couple new AAA's as well =]

Ok, well I need to make a post about a few things. One being about Gun. Listen, Gun and I have talked. From this point on he will still remain a FKO leader. Vanilla is a leader for intermediate alongside of MetalAtlas. Gun has authority over Vanilla simply because of there ranks. Division Leader vs Team Leader there is no comparison. Gun had some personal things he had to attend to and I understand that he had to be inactive. He has agreed with terms that I have stated to him about being active and a few other things. I don't want any questions to be asked about anything, it is a decision I made alone. Since Metal was gone this was thrown to me and I felt it was my decision alone. However, I think Metal will agree with me clearly.

That is correct. Maybe I'm not a "Team Leader", but I'll still do a lot of things to help out the team in general. Such as being here when others aren't.

krunkykai, what's the difference between a Team Leader & a Division leader?
Like, what does a Team Leader get that a Division leader doesn't?

well technically theres three levels of authority- division leader only has say over the division that they represent- team leaders have an overall view and suggestions as how to spiceup the teams life and can have a say over any division- after talking to the divisional leaders as well- me and krunky being the founders have the final say on anything and thats pretty much it

Lol, just because a lot of times when I say something it's taken as an arguement, but I've helped out with the team in general & have had a say in the team. I'm not saying I've earned being a team leader, but I've changed things that have got to do with the team in general & I'm a division leader.
